-You NEED to constantly communicate with your squad. Even if you're the only one talking, keep telling people what to do and how to do it.

-Not everyone has voice chat so keep an eye on the squad chat.

-Use your waypoints! They're FREE and there is no excuse not to use them.

-Don't be afraid to kick that one guy who's on Hossin when the whole squad is on Amerish, or that one guy who has a thing for every squad memeber's mom.

-Don't be a dick leader. People will resent you.

-Don't be a pushover. People won't listen to you.

-"Clear coms!" is the magical word to tell everyone to shut the f*** up.

-You can't force people to play classes they don't want to. Look at each class in your squad and be tactical about how you can use those classes' abilities to accomplish the goal.

-Have a plan and explain it thoroughly to your squad.
